Bell reelected chair and Hardaway reelected vice chair of Planning and Zoning Commission

At its Jan. 23 meeting the Lubbock Planning and Zoning Commission re-elected James Bell as chair and Brandon Hardaway as vice chair by unanimous voice votes. Commissioners also asked staff to place the July meeting date on a future agenda because the scheduled July meeting falls on July 3.
The Lubbock Planning and Zoning Commission on Jan. 23 re-elected James Bell as chair and Brandon Hardaway as vice chair by unanimous voice vote.
A commissioner nominated James Bell for another term as chair; Bell was approved after an aye/nay voice vote. Brandon Hardaway was nominated and likewise approved to continue serving as vice chair.
During new business a commissioner asked staff to place the July meeting date on a future Planning and Zoning Commission agenda because the scheduled date falls on July 3. Commission members agreed to add the item for discussion at the next commission meeting. The meeting adjourned at about 6:17 p.m.
