The Board of County Commissioners on Aug. 26 approved revisions to the Commission for Women bylaws and authorized the commission president to sign the updated document.
Commission members Cynthia Brown and Kathleen Werner presented the amendments and told the board the recommended revisions are largely grammatical and structural clarifications that do not change the bylaws’ substance. Brown provided a memorandum listing each suggested revision and its purpose; commissioners asked no substantive questions and moved to approve the update.
The board approved the motion unanimously.
