The actions included approval of an impact-fee waiver for Patuxent Habitat for Humanity and a related $45,100 budget amendment, authorization of a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Victory Housing Inc. to reimburse preliminary site and engineering costs, acceptance of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) money to assist mobile-home park relocations, and approval to accept a Maryland State Highway Administration deposit of just-compensation funds for a Route 237 right-of-way taking.
