Resident urges caution on marijuana and plans to attend county briefing on medical marijuana Sept. 29

A county official invited him to that session; Rathbone said he could attend the morning meeting.
Rathbone offered to meet individually with commissioners and to present his documentation to inform the county's approach; no county action was taken during the forum.
