Environmental Partners and engineers briefed the Needham Conservation Commission on Jan. 23 about Phase 2 of a multi-year program to rehabilitate and replace segments of a large-diameter sewer interceptor that carries roughly one-third of the town—s sewage. The project area discussed centers near the end of Valley Road and an MBTA railroad crossing by the Herring Trail (DEP File 234-943).
