The proposal, presented by Susan McArthur of McArthur Environmental Consulting, covers a 23,625-square-foot lot and includes a new full foundation, a rear deck, and a built-in swimming pool. McArthur said the lot is entirely within the 200-foot riverfront area to Rosemary Brook and that no work is proposed inside the 25-foot buffer.
