City staff on Jan. 21 opened a public hearing on the 2025 Pavement Management Project (Area 3), a residential reconstruction program that targets streets in the Cedar Manor, Westwood Hills and Kilmer Pond neighborhoods.
Engineering project manager Aaron Wiesen told the council the project is intended to extend pavement life and improve system performance by providing the right pavement strategy at the right time.
