Another board member added DOT is presenting because the project will affect traffic through Swansea and neighboring Keene and that the presentation will show directions of traffic and property impacts.
The board discussed logistics for the presentation and the deliberative session, including starting times and whether to hold the DOT presentation after a larger delivery session to make setup easier for attendees.
