- Ordinance correcting Ordinance No. 3791 — Amendments to chapter 400 (intoxicating liquors and fermented malt beverages): Deputy City Attorney Miss Panagopoulos said this is a numbering correction discovered in the codification process. Motion by Mister Schisler, second by Mister Heisler; approved unanimously.
