- Conditional use request for Christian Brothers Automotive (item 10B): Applicant requested a postponement to a date certain of Feb. 18; Council approved the postponement to Feb. 18 to allow completion of an administrative subdivision.
- Tax abatement for Sohon Auto USA Corporation (item 10C): Authorized; the abatement covers acquisition of new equipment for locations at 246 Teague Court and 2590 Innovation Drive, with the company expected to create eight new jobs over three years and make an approximate capital investment of $5,000,000. Motion to approve carried by voice vote.
- Tacoma Basin Sanitary Sewer Rehabilitation Project (item 10D): Council authorized a contract with National Corporation in the amount of $864,020. Motion to approve carried by voice vote.
