At the finance committee later in the agenda, city staff said $25,000 had been budgeted as a Habitat sponsorship; staff will prepare a resolution to release the funds on receipt of a proper invoice and documentation. The finance discussion clarified that the money is already budgeted and that a resolution will authorize payment when Habitat submits invoice documentation.
