The Needham Community Preservation Committee voted to approve the minutes of its Dec. 11, 2024, and Jan. 8, 2025, meetings during the Jan. 22 meeting. A motion to approve the minutes passed by voice vote; one member abstained from the Jan. 8 minutes because they said they were not present that day.
The vote occurred early in the meeting after a brief roll call. Chair Dave Herr opened the session and called for approval of the minutes that had been circulated in advance.
The committee took no further formal action on the procedural items and moved on to scheduled presentations and project requests.
