Stetson & Associates presented the results of an internal staffing study of Judson ISD's special education department during the board's regular meeting. Dr. Cynthia Short, the consultant who led the review, told trustees the study combined a comparable-district analysis, staff and principal focus groups, classroom learning walks and a staff survey.
