The Planning and Architecture Review Commission of the City of Glendale carried several housekeeping items Tuesday, adopting minutes from its prior meeting and adjusting two meeting dates for 2025.
The commission voted to adopt the minutes from its previous meeting following a motion by Commissioner Seligman and a second by Commissioner Storey. The motion carried by voice vote.
Commissioners also approved changes to the 2025 meeting calendar. "There are no conflicting religious holidays; however, we do have an election on April 1st, so we'll be moving our meeting to April 8th," the chair said, adding that because August 5 falls on the city's Night Out event the commission typically moves its meeting to the second Tuesday in August. Commissioner Nelson moved to make the two date changes; Commissioner Storey seconded and the motions carried by voice vote.
The commission adjourned after approving the calendar adjustments. The adjournment motion was moved by Commissioner Kohn and seconded by Alderman Bailey; the motion carried. The chair noted the commission's next scheduled meeting would be Tuesday, Jan. 7.
