The Centerville City Council on Jan. 21 carried several motions and votes. Below are the formal actions recorded during the meeting.
Summary of votes and outcomes
- Centerville Corporate Park, 2nd amended subdivision plat (motion included findings A–D and conditions 1–11): approved unanimously. (See separate article for details.)
- Resolution 2025-01 — delay effective date of drainage utility fee increases: approved (motion and second; council instructed staff to schedule a work session and open house). Vote recorded in meeting as unanimous of members present.
- Resolution 2025-02 — interlocal cooperation agreement with West Bountiful to transfer ownership of a culinary waterline: motion to approve the resolution, subject to nonsubstantive changes acceptable to the city attorney; motion passed unanimously.
- Oak Ridge Drive water storage tank project: council awarded the low bid to Patriot Construction for $2,184,795.51 and authorized award; motion passed on council vote.

- Minutes: Jan. 7 (work session), Jan. 7 (city council), and Jan. 14 (special council) minutes were approved as submitted; a councilmember submitted suggested additions but elected not to include them at this time.
