Addiction Solutions, a medically assisted treatment program where clinicians prescribe Suboxone, Vivitrol and other medications, told the Contract Review Committee on Jan. 17 that it has expanded services and sought continued municipal support to sustain clinic hours and staffing.
Dr. Lepore and team described a multi-clinician roster that now includes a psychiatric nurse practitioner and visiting infectious-disease/addiction physician to provide continuity and succession planning. “We take all comers. If you’ve got insurance, good. If you don’t have insurance, good,” Dr. Lepore said, noting outreach partnerships with the hospital emergency room, police and Fairwinds.
