Committee approves agenda and minutes, sets next meeting for Feb. 18

A motion to approve the agenda as changed (to add a Community Development Block Grant item under unfinished business, 6a) was made by Tim Moore and seconded by Dwight Miller; the committee approved the agenda by voice vote.
A motion to approve the prior meeting’s minutes was made by Dwight Miller and seconded by Mr. Morris; the minutes were approved by voice vote.
The committee scheduled its next regular meeting for Feb. 18 at 6 p.m. A motion to adjourn, offered by Mr. Morris and seconded by Dwight Miller, carried by voice vote.
