The Oak Creek Common Council took the following formal actions during its Jan. 21 meeting. Where roll-call names were spoken on the record, they are listed verbatim from the minutes.
1) Rescind Ordinance No. 2224 and conditional-use permit (8825 South Howell Avenue) — Motion to adopt resolution 12545-012125 to rescind the 2002 conditional-use permit for housing for the elderly at 8825 S. Howell Ave. Moved by Marshall; seconded by Gruzicowski. Roll call recorded multiple "Aye" votes; motion approved.
2) Adopt Ordinance No. 3117 — Amend the 2020 comprehensive plan land-use category from public/semi-public to commercial for 8825 South Howell Avenue. Moved by Marshall; seconded by Busykowski. Roll call recorded "Aye" votes; ordinance adopted.
