York County commissioners approve minutes, warrants and multiple personnel actions including three hires and two transfers

Transfers approved (internal, no change in pay grade): - Chriss Guey (listed in packet) from legal secretary to grand jury appeals manager, District Attorney's Office, effective Jan. 27, 2025 (no change in pay grade; motion and second; unanimous). - Kendra Smith from legal secretary to trial manager, District Attorney's Office, effective Jan. 21, 2025 (no change in pay grade; motion and second; unanimous).
Promotion approved: - The sheriff recommended promoting Corrections Officer Ken Hamilton to corporal effective Jan. 25, 2025; the commissioners approved the promotion unanimously.
