Lehi City Council approves sewer lining, Willow Park culvert, Dry Creek grant, zoning and other measures

The Lehi City Council approved a slate of resolutions, ordinances and land-use items during its Jan. 14 meeting.

Among the items the council approved by individual roll-call votes were: a contract for sewer lining, a box culvert at Willow Park, acceptance of a $1.5 million county grant tied to Dry Creek Lake Regional Recreation Area improvements, an easement for a second access to the Alta Vista area, a zone change for the Gordon property, final subdivision approval for River Pointe Phase 6 (38 single-family homes), a multi-parcel rezone to Public Facility for city-owned properties, appointments to the Metropolitan Water District of Lehi, and an interlocal cooperation agreement with Utah County to aid unsheltered residents. The council also approved the consent agenda with an amendment to the minutes.
