Consent items included approval of the Dec. 17 council minutes; a joint-use agreement between the Logan County Soccer Club and Guthrie Public Schools; payment of $21,375 to GH2 Architects for services at Highland Park Municipal Pool; payment of $6,000 to Myers Engineering for services related to East and West side water storage tank projects; payment of $6,113.60 to Myers Engineering for West Side Booster Pump Station replacement; payment of $24,585.50 to Myers Engineering for ADA-accessible intersections; and payment of $63,312.60 to True North Contracting for the Owens Field softball facility expansion. Item H was pulled for future discussion.
A council member asked whether the soccer agreement was annual and staff said it is an annual joint-use agreement requested by the school attorney and otherwise consistent with previously agreed terms.
The council voted to approve the consent agenda as presented. The motion carried unanimously from those present.
