HCOG members note upcoming transit symposium and local Safe Routes forum

PAC member Arroyo asked attendees to save the date for the North State Transit Symposium, scheduled for July 15–17 at the River Lodge in Fortuna, noting it will include sessions focused on rural transit best practices.
Separately, a representative from the City of Arcadia announced a Safe Roads to School community forum on Wednesday, Jan. 22 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at Fuentanueva Charter School. The announcement described the event as an opportunity for community members to discuss making routes to school safer.
Both announcements were presented as informational; no board action was taken.
