County staff reported bids came from J Lee Enterprises, Luckinbill and Wyatt Contracting and recommended awarding the contract to the lowest responsive bidder following evaluation. A commissioner moved to accept the recommendation; the motion was seconded and approved by voice vote.
The board recorded the award amount of $157,547.50 and directed staff to complete procurement paperwork. No amendments to the award were discussed at the meeting.
