Resident urges council action on dirt-bike use and vandalism at local park

"Is there any way we could get something going there like Hygiene Patrol or something like that?"
City staff replied that the matter is being addressed. A staff member noted work on the issue is planned for the summer and specifically said, "we are working on that. Brad's going to be working on it this summer."
No formal council action was taken at the meeting; the item appeared on the public-comment portion of the agenda rather than as an agenda item. The transcript records the concern and a staff commitment to follow up during summer maintenance and enforcement operations.
