The Lake Oswego City Council voted to adopt its consent agenda on Jan. 21, which included the council—s fourth-quarter update on 2024 council goals, a facility use agreement to continue community-supported agriculture at Lusher Farm, and ordinance 2955, which implements Measure 3-618 by amending Charter Chapter 10 and authorizes the city manager to execute easements.
Councilor Raff moved to adopt the consent agenda and Councilor Mook seconded. The motion carried on an aye vote, recorded as 7-0.
Separately, the council considered Resolution 25-2, appointing an alternate to the Parks, Recreation and Natural Resources Advisory Board and to the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Advisory Board. Councilor Mupp moved the resolution; Councilor Corrigan seconded. The council adopted the resolution on a 6-0 vote.
The consent items carry standard administrative and procedural effect; the facility use agreement authorizes continued CSA operations at Lusher Farm under the terms provided in the packet, and ordinance 2955 authorizes the city manager to execute necessary easements related to Measure 3-618.
