The law director reported that the prosecutor position has been filled and the hire will start Feb. 10.
Financial reports accepted: Council moved to accept the December 2024 financial reports as submitted by the auditor; the motion passed by voice vote.
Amendment to Ordinance 06‑25: Council approved a motion to amend Ordinance 06‑25 by striking Section 2 (rezoning five parcels immediately west of 0 Pomeroy Road), returning that portion of the proposal to planning and development committee. The motion carried by voice vote.
Adjournment: Council adjourned the meeting at 8:41 p.m.
