JFAC approves statewide cost allocation adjustments for FY2026

Representative Van Orman moved the motion to include the governor’s FY2026 recommendation; a senator seconded, and the committee recorded a unanimous vote of 20 ayes, 0 nays across both chambers. Chairman Groh said the majority of both houses voted in the affirmative and the motion would be incorporated into the maintenance budget process.
Analysts said the adjustments reflect billing changes and cost reallocation among agencies for central services and will be reflected in agency budgets as part of maintenance decisions.
