Eric Atkinson, executive director for the packing authority, said the $130,000 will be used to repair the piston underneath the elevator in the Adams garage. The motions to revoke and then to reauthorize the transfer were both made, seconded and approved by hand vote on the record; the transcript does not identify who moved or seconded.
Staff presented the procedural revocation and reapproval as an administrative step to align the prior action with DOR timing and certification requirements.
