Idaho House prints and refers a slate of bills; cybersecurity, higher education contracts and other measures introduced

Separately, House Bills 13 and 14 were filed for third reading, and the floor granted unanimous consent to hold House Bill 10 on the third-reading calendar for one legislative day.
