"As part of the permit for the work to construct the pool, there will be a tree replacement requirement for the areas that are not to be occupied by the pool improvements or landscaping," Russ said.
Council called the roll after the motion. The roll-call responses recorded during the meeting were all recorded as "yes." The ordinance passed on a unanimous vote.
The ordinance amends the recorded easement language for the single lot at 888 Foxglen Drive and does not, per staff, change the broader neighborhood natural-area designation beyond the specified lot; final details about tree species, replacement sizes and planting locations will be resolved during the permit review and as part of permit conditions.
The council moved on after the vote to the next agenda items; no amendments to the ordinance were offered during the public meeting.
