Mariani also said the district hosted 29 student teachers in 2024 from 15 colleges and universities; six of those student teachers accepted full‑time positions with the district.
Board members requested the spring student‑teacher count; Mariani said she would provide that figure after consulting Dr. Moore. No formal personnel actions were taken at the meeting.
