Staff said the Feb. 14 schedule will include 60 morning sessions and afternoon “home base” work led by curriculum council members, principals and innovation coaches. The externship program currently lists about 10 local businesses partnering to provide field‑site experiences for teachers.
Board members asked about access to linked professional learning community highlights; Dr. Moore said those materials were provided in the board packet and that a video profiling a Liberty High sophomore pilot (student achievement story) will be posted to district channels in the following weeks.
