Vigo County approves slate of board and commission reappointments effective Jan. 21, 2025

Vigo County commissioners on Jan. 21 approved a slate of appointments and reappointments to multiple county boards and commissions, with terms listed as beginning Jan. 21, 2025.

The reappointments include seats on the Honey Creek Fire Protection District, Board of Health, Parks Board, Area Planning Commission, Alcohol and Tobacco Board, Board of Zoning Appeals, Tax Board of Appeals, Convention and Tourism Board, Redevelopment Commission, Vigo County Building Corporation and the Drainage Board. Commissioner Morris moved to approve the reappointments as read; the motion was seconded by Mister Hutchings. Commissioners voiced their approval; the chair declared the motion carried.
