Committee member Karen (first name only in the record) presented a draft scorecard that would track representative metrics including percent of new vehicles that are electric, number of public EV chargers, building electrification permits (gas‑to‑electric space and water heating), and enrollment in community resilience or carbon‑calculator programs. Karen said the scorecard is intended both as a monitoring tool and a communication device for the public and Town Council.
