The board also approved the minutes from the Dec. 4, 2024 NEBZA public hearing and voted to continue two zoning cases for procedural reasons.
The elections and the minutes passed by voice vote and were recorded as unanimous. The board continued BZA 2178, filed by Dylan Dempsey of Carson Consulting Engineers, to the Feb. 26, 2025 meeting after staff said the petitioner had not provided required check-in paperwork, most notably the affidavit for public notice. The board continued BZA 2181, filed by Todd A. Tucker and Julie E. Tucker as trustees, to the March 26, 2025 meeting.
