Director-level staff said most elementary cafeterias have projection screens but some gym locations would require portable projection and drop screens. Board members asked that the administration return next week with a full cost breakdown — including estimated AV labor hours, possible vehicle/transport needs for equipment and whether any overtime would be needed beyond custodial time — before scheduling a pilot or placing the change on a future agenda.
