Trustees discussed logistics including potentially consolidating some graduations at Maverik Center on two consecutive days in 2026, the difficulty of parking and weather issues at outdoor ceremonies, and providing a small hospitality room with water and light snacks for board members and staff at each venue. Robinson said staff would update a shared Google document with confirmed times and would send calendar invitations to board members.
No formal vote was taken; the items were logistical assignments. Trustees emphasized keeping remarks short at ceremonies and coordinating schedules so board members can attend multiple events if needed.
