Treasurer Redpath Fager presented the December financial report for the corporate fund at the Jan. 21 Springfield City Council meeting and the council voted to accept the report.
In the report Fager said the beginning corporate fund balance for December was $47,000,041,263; total receipts for the month were $12,671,700.64 and total disbursements were $10,000,769,791, leaving an ending corporate fund balance of $48,000,943,017. Fager also identified $11,744,263 in the December ending balance as ARPA money within the general fund balance. After Fager concluded, the council made and seconded a motion to accept the treasurer’s report; the chair called the vote and “the ayes have it.”
