Council discusses removing legacy 15-mph school speed zones where sidewalks exist

Council members expressed general comfort with staff preparing an ordinance to remove the legacy requirements; staff will draft the ordinance for a future meeting.
No ordinance was adopted at the meeting; the item was direction to staff to prepare code language and bring it back for formal action.
