Library reports furnace replacement, lease questions and security contract extension; microfilm scanner flagged as 'iffy'

Separately, staff reported EnvisionWare supplied a replacement CPU for a troublesome first‑floor self‑checkout kiosk and, after configuration tweaks, it is "consistently working as expected." That vendor fix restored two functioning self‑check stations on the first floor.
