The Casper City Council adopted the full consent agenda and associated minute actions at its Jan. 21 meeting.
Items approved by minute action included: two Wyoming Department of Transportation contracts for the city's public transportation program (one not to exceed $300,000 and another not to exceed $75,000 for exterior rehabilitation and painting of the transit facility); a site lease with Cellco Partnership d/b/a Verizon Wireless for an existing wireless communications facility at the LifeStops Campus rooftop; renewal of administrative services for MissionSquare retirement plans; a cooperative agreement establishing a Casper Municipal Court diversion program with the Wyoming Judicial Branch, Wyoming Department of Health and Central Wyoming Counseling Center; and a lease with Spuds Baseball Club LLC for concessions at Mike Lansing Stadium.
The council also approved minute-action items including establishment of a 6¢ fund and closing the redevelopment loan fund, acknowledgements of corporate ownership changes for certain liquor-license holders, and appointments to the Central Wyoming Regional Water System Joint Powers Board. City manager and staff offered no additional comment on the consent agenda items and the motions passed with all councilors voting aye.
