Business owner urges Calimesa to replace damaged fire hydrant months after crash

He said South Mesa Water informed him that replacing the hydrant required work on the main line rather than simply reinstalling the hydrant at the same location, and he asked the city to pursue replacement.
City staff said they would follow up; City Manager Will Cobo indicated he would get in contact with the water company and a city staff member noted they would reach out to Dave Armstrong.
