Franklin County Assessor: 2025 personal property assessment forms mailed; March 1 deadline

Don Mintz, Franklin County Assessor, told the commission on Jan. 21 that the county has mailed the 2025 personal property assessment forms and that filers who have e-filed in prior years can file online this year as well.
"We have mailed our 2025 personal property assessment forms. They can also be e filed. If you e filed in previous years, you can do that online. You will receive a postcard. They are due by March 1st," Mintz told the commission.
Mintz added that anyone with questions should contact the assessor’s office, noting on the record, "If anybody has any questions, call our office." No additional details about changes to the forms or filing process were provided during the meeting.
The comment came after the commission completed its action items and before adjournment.
