Motions approved on roll call included certification of the Jan. 16, 2025 record of proceedings, approval of a county requisition, and the appointment of Jennifer Wagner to the Board of Developmental Disabilities. Commissioners also approved a microfilm contract for the Clerk of Courts for $925 and a change order of $8,656.14 for the fourth courtroom project to be paid from capital projects funds.
During the microfilm item a commissioner asked why the county still uses microfilm; another commissioner and staff responded that current law requires microfilm for preservation of certain records. The board then approved the microfilm contract.
Votes recorded in the meeting show unanimous approval for the listed items.
