Project manager Amir Hamza presented the plat resubmittal, which covers 184 lots with a future land use designation of residential low and zoning as a planned development. The site is east of Binion Road. Amir Hamza and staff noted the resubmittal was prompted by comments from engineering, community development and legal reviewers; the item will be resubmitted after those comments are addressed.
No departmental reviewer raised blocking concerns at the DRC meeting; the item remains in the technical review track and will proceed after the applicant responds to the outstanding comment letters.
