Bremer told the board the group had an operating claim for Q1 of $87,880 for EMI operating expenses; the board approved the treasurer's report and that claim after a motion and voice vote.
Board members discussed the fund balance and agreed to revisit allocation decisions after seeing early 2025 revenue trends. President Trevor Crafton and members urged staff to review first-quarter receipts and reconvene on potential additional uses for surplus funds later in the spring.
The meeting closed with a motion to adjourn that also carried on a voice vote.
