Owner Kevin Brown presented the conceptual design, which includes removing a metal stair on the west elevation and infilling that opening with a new window to match other existing fenestration. Staff classified the hearing as conceptual and asked for documentation showing the proposed window size, jamb and trim details and confirmation that no additional site work would be introduced.
Commissioners recommended the applicant provide measured drawings, elevations showing the replacement sash and window trim profiles, and photos demonstrating the existing sash units the owner said he located on site. Staff said the project will return for final administrative review once those details and the final color/finish information are submitted.
