City Planning Commission re-elects Alfredo Borrego as chair; Gorski and Hansen named first and second chairs

Commissioner Ken Gorski nominated Alfredo Borrego for another term as chair; Commissioner Brandon Carrillo seconded the nomination. The motion carried by voice vote with no recorded roll-call tally and Borrego accepted the position.
For first chair, Commissioner Brandon Carrillo nominated Ken Gorski; Gorski accepted the nomination and the commission approved the appointment by voice vote. For second chair, Commissioner Hansen accepted a nomination and was approved by voice vote.
Commissioners also noted a quorum was present after Commissioner Sal Masood joined by video during the meeting; Masood participated in subsequent business. No other formal votes, ordinances or resolutions were taken during the officer-election portion of the meeting.
