BOISE, Idaho — The Idaho House of Representatives met Jan. 17, 2025, approved the journal of the previous legislative day, referred a package of bills and a concurrent resolution to standing committees and adjourned until 11 a.m. Monday, Jan. 20, 2025.
The session opened with roll call showing 52 present and 18 absent and excused. Chaplain Tom Doherty offered a prayer, and Caitlin Cook of Capital High led the pledge of allegiance.
The Judiciary, Rules and Administration Committee reported it had printed House Concurrent Resolution 3 and House Bills 15–19. The committee recommended House Concurrent Resolution 3 and House Bill 15 be referred to the Resources and Conservation Committee; House Bills 16–18 to the Business Committee; and House Bill 19 to the Judiciary, Rules and Administration Committee for further consideration and printing.
