Examples the principal cited include dual enrollment for 16 students at Solano Community College in a manufacturing design pathway, work experience courses on both campuses, additional Chromebooks in classrooms, and a decrease in suspension rates. McMorris reported suspensions at the Sam Yeto satellite on the Armijo campus have fallen from 12.75% last year to 2.38% this year; suspensions at the main site have dropped from 10.71% to 3.66%. He also reported attendance gains: 85.17% at the satellite site (up from 83.5%) and 82.04% at the main site (up from 77.3%).
Planned next steps include finalizing the 2025‑26 bell schedule and program configuration for district approval, launching Project Lead The Way courses in the fall, evaluating whether hydration stations qualify under grants, and reviewing graduation requirement recommendations.
